Painful Hips

Recurring pain in the hips are often a sign of acidaemia (hyperacidity of the blood) caused by certain foods (white flour, white sugar, animal protein, Monosodium Glutamate, stock cubes etc) or by drinking not enough water. Try a few days without these "non-foods" and see if the hips are less painful. Also, the dark shadows around the eyes, the back pain and the constant tiredness, connected to an over-acidity of the blood, are very likely to disappear.
