Natural Help for Arthritis

If you suffer from arthritis, this might be worth a try: add 1 teaspoon of runny honey and 1 teaspoon full of cider vinegar to a cup of hot water. Drink this daily in the morning. Symptoms also often improve if the following foods stay off the menue: potatoes (except sweet potatoes), aubergines, tomatoes (raw) and peppers.
