Guidance from Eileen Caddy
"When you really enjoy doing something it is never an effort, but a real pleasure and life should always be a joy and pleasure. You will find it will be when you are in tune with Me and peace and harmony reign in your hearts. No one can put you into this state of consciousness, it is something you have to want to do yourselves. You can be told to be still, but unless you really want to be still, it does not work. You really have to want to do this, and to do it of your own free will."

Grandma's Wellness Tip of the Month
The good old Horse Radish can help with Herpes? Sounds a bit rough but eating a tablespoon of Horse Radish paste - perhaps on a slice of bread - in the morning every day can keep the virus in check. It is also worth a try if you suffer from Rosacea or Shingles.
Thought for the Day
"The soul is born old but grows young. That is the comedy of life. The body is born young and grows old. That's life's tragedy." Oscar Wilde (1854-1900)

Homoeopathy For Headaches
Homoeopathic Remedies can help with headaches.
There are many remedies available, and an experienced homoeopath can help to find the suitable remedy.
Here are just a few:
Belladonna is the right choice for headaches with a severe onset and which give you a pulsating pain - like a "hammer mill" - in your forehead. It feels as if your head is about to explode with heat, but arms and legs feel cold. Any movement or noise can make it worse. Belladonna is best taken in D6, in acute cases every 30 to 60 minutes. If you start to feel better, take the remedy 2 to 3 times per day.
Nux vomica D12 helps with headaches after a boozy night - when your head is buzzing, your face is puffy and your tummy is upset. Take Nux Vom every hour until you feel better.
Gelsemium sempervirens is the right choice if dull, pressing pain starts in the back of your neck and spreads around the head like a band. This remedy is also useful if these symptoms are triggered by fear or nervousness, like stage fright etc.
If the symptoms do not disappear after a few days or get worse, please see your doctor.

Candida Can Cause Lots of Problems!
Do you suffer from any of those? - flatulence, inability to lose weight, menstrual difficulties, bloating, hormonal fluctuations, irritable bowel syndrome, depression, chronic fatigue, memory problems, sore throats, headaches, migraines, indigestion, anxiety, eczema, hyperactivity, water infections, attention deficit, cravings for sweets or carbohydrates and/or alcohol, Athlete's Foot and genital infections can be caused by an overgrowth of the intestinal fungus Candida - called candidiasis.
If antibiotics are prescribed too often, the "good" bacteria in the intestines are destroyed which allows the fungus to grow unchecked. Also the "pill", steroids and immune suppressing drugs can be the reason for candida.

Guidance from Eileen Caddy
"When there is unity there is nothing to hold up the manifestation. There is so much on the etheric which is waiting to be manifested in form on the physical; wonder upon wonder, miracle upon miracle. Again I say, unite and help to bring this about without further delay. Allow nothing in you to hold it up. Let not a thought of the self or of what you want for the self mar the plan. Think only of the whole, plan for the whole, work for the whole. Give to the whole and so help really to speed things up. The perfect plan is there - help to bring it about."

Solutions for Sores
You are feeling run down anyway, and on top of that, you feel a cold sore coming on... this familiar tingling on the lip, accompanied sometimes by swollen lymph glands under the lower jaw or on the neck. Something we certainly can do without. Intense sunshine or even a sip from an unclean glass (revulsion and disgust can incapacitate the immune system) can trigger them, or an existing infection somewhere in the body. Infections or inflammations require our immune systems’ full attention – thus depriving it of its abilities to fight other invaders. Therefore, the Herpes Virus has an easy time.
Stress can also facilitate the outbreak of the unwanted blisters – although the warm weather and sunshine are often associated with relaxation, many of us are planning their well-deserved summer holidays somewhere nice. However, before we finally can embark on the journey, our nerves are on edge: unfinished chores, suitcases to pack, wrong or cancelled travelling timetables or a missed bus to the airport can inhibit mental and physical immune defence. For some of us, even thinking out it can affect the immune system in a negative way.
Diet sometimes plays an important role – the amino acid Arginine aids the reproduction and growth of the Herpes Virus. Foods high in Arginine are chocolate, carob, nuts, wheat, meat, dairy, gelatine, meat (mainly chicken, beef and pork) and coconut. Coffee can also increase the flare-up of cold sores.
Do you suffer from regular outbreaks of cold sores and tend to bite your fingernails? In that case, you might have a calcium deficiency.
Research has shown that those who regularly suffer from cold sores are low in Vitamin B12. So, adding 250 mcg of Vitamin B12 as a daily dosage – preferably in a good Vitamin-B-Complex, together with Folic Acid – can prevent the onset of the sores.
Dabbing a bit of toothpaste on the spot (preferably over night) and let it dry in can be an effective first aid. Some sufferers swear by applying a drop of their urine – but this is certainly not everyone’s cup of tea. Propolis, one of Nature’s antiseptics – applied up to 5 times a day, can reduce healing time and pain intensity, especially when applied at the first tingle.
When you are prone to cold sores, boosting the immune is necessary. Lots of vitamins and a healthy diet will help. Additionally, a good Echinacea Remedy (e.g. Dr. Vogel’s Echinaforce) will help the immune defence. Hypericum – better known as St. John’s Wort – can help to combat the viral infection, e.g. the Herpes Simplex Virus which is responsible for cold sores, and general nerve pain. It can also help to relax and lift you up when you are feeling low. Hypericum, however, may interfere with certain other medication, so please consult your GP or pharmacist before using it.
The Herpes virus attaches itself to the top end of the nerves and can lie dormant in the body for a long time. As mentioned above, it can be trigged by a number of factors: Stress, fever, menstruation, drugs and also alcohol and nicotine, to name a few. Spagyric Medicine (a natural method of health care based on medicinal plants) offers very effective remedies which can eliminate the virus – active or dormant – for good.
Beat the blister.
